We do not collect payment information. Online payments are processed securely by PayPal — we never receive or store your credit card or banking details. If you pay by money order through the mail, no financial account information is transmitted to or stored by us.

• Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and order-related notifications
• Respond to inquiries you send us

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our website. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• PayPal — payment processing for online orders. PayPal's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. Money order payments are not processed through PayPal.
• Netlify — website hosting. Netlify collects standard web server logs including IP addresses and browser information.
• Firebase / Google Cloud — database and server-side processing. Your order data is stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Brevo — transactional email delivery for order confirmations and updates.
• EasyShip — shipping label generation. Your name and shipping address are transmitted to EasyShip solely to produce shipping labels for your orders.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser session storage to remember your age verification for the duration of your browser session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your order data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, and all data transmission between your browser and our servers occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, handle potential returns, and comply with our legal obligations. If you request deletion of your information, we will honor that request to the extent we are not required to retain it by law.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
