Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns for any item — including custom orders — as long as the product has not been removed from its original sealed packaging. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and applies regardless of when the order was placed.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will remake and reship your item by default — or, if you prefer a refund instead, we will process it to your original payment method via PayPal within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a wrong or damaged item as described below.
Partial Returns
If your order contained multiple items, you may return individual items rather than the entire order. Each returned item must still meet the sealed-packaging requirement. Refunds will be issued for the returned items only.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, we will make it right at no additional cost to you — regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will:
- Send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Upon receiving the returned item, remake and ship your replacement. Please allow approximately 7 business days for production and shipping.
- If you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement, we will process it to your original payment method via PayPal within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order's status is updated to Shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — at that point, our standard return policy applies.
There are two ways to cancel:
- Self-service: Visit our Order Tracker and look up your order using your email address and order number. From there you can submit a cancellation request and choose how you'd like to be compensated.
- Contact us: Reach out with your order number and we'll handle it for you.
When cancelling, you can choose between:
- In-store credit — applied to your account immediately
- Full refund — returned to your original payment method via PayPal within 5 business days
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was never delivered or has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no charge.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or any other location where a carrier might have left it. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen, but we will do our best to assist you through the carrier's claims process.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will need to provide you with a return shipping label.
